Specifications: Due to different measuring and manufacturing processes of trapezoidal belt manufacturers, varying length specifications may occur from one manufacturer to another. However, these differences do not affect the functionality of the belts. Due to different industrial standards, different parameters are used to determine length specifications. A distinction is made between external length (abbreviated as Le), internal length (abbreviated as Li), and pitch length. The pitch length describes the measurement of length at approximately 3/4 of the height of the belt according to DIN 2215. Additionally, for reliable length measurement, the tension of the belt specified by the vehicle manufacturer must also be considered, as this is an important factor in the manufacturing process.
