Variator Polini Hi-Speed Evolution R02 is one of the most high-performance variators offered by Polini. It ensures stable power transmission from the engine to the wheel and improved acceleration across the entire RPM range. The variator bushing has a nickel-chrome treatment with reduced friction, the interior of the rollers is finished, and the exterior of the rollers has a temperature and wear-resistant coating.

This variator can be used on scooters equipped with 50cc 2-stroke Minarelli engines with a variator shaft diameter of 16mm.
