Hi-Speed Polini variator for the following applications: Honda SH 125i H2O 4T E5 (2020->) / SH 150i H2O 4T E5 (2020->).

Performance-enhancing variator with a chrome-nickel piston pin: very low friction coefficient and DLC carbon-based treatment is specific to racing applications. An additional internal grease reservoir and a special spring ensure constant and even lubrication of the piston pin, even under the heaviest loads. Due to this innovative construction, constant upgrades (e.g., rollers) are no longer necessary. The counterpressure spring, including the Evo-slider, which is 15% stiffer than the original spring, ensures higher engine RPM at startup. The variator rollers have a nylon and aramid fiber coating.
