Polini continues the development of its CP carburetors. Innovative carburetors, where each part has been designed, developed, and produced by the company from Bergamo. The range of Polini CP carburetors is expanding with new models that ensure easy assembly without any modification to the original manifold. CP Polini have a rigid connection and are dedicated to Vespa 125 Primavera ET3. The connection between the manifold and the carburetor is rigid with a clamp like the original mounted on Vespa 125 and are supplied with an airbox with improved intake. Available in diameters of 19 and 21. The intake pipe is very short and has an exclusive concentric design and geometry that optimizes airflow during gas passage. The fuel drainage from the atomizer has been designed to ensure correct flow dynamics in every position of the throttle valve when opened. The inlet where the fuel enters and the larger needle allow for constant draw even in the most extreme conditions. The float level, made entirely of plastic, and the needle sealing are carefully controlled in the production department to ensure the same standard of efficiency over time. These features considerably simplify the carburetor setup. Due to the extremely sophisticated calibration, the fuel-air flows, main jets, and idle jets have been designed to achieve the best performance with lower consumption. The compact size of the new carburetor is the result of careful and meticulous management of the interior space and maximum efficiency of all components, subjected to strict controls. To ensure easy and precise mounting on the best-selling engines and its compatibility with various filter boxes, both original and racing, flanges with different diameters are available. 100% made in Italy.
