- Malossi has completely modified the performance maps of the ignition timing and increased the RPM limit by 1000 RPM;
- The new Digitronic controls the ignition timing adjustment, SAS valve, and performance maps of the PTC heater;
- The ignition timing is controlled by performing a linear interpolation of a three-dimensional performance map;
- It contains 16 cutoff points for engine RPM and 8 cutoff points for engine temperature;
- The secondary air supply allows the engine system to compensate for nonlinearity in carbureted systems;
- The SAS valve is controlled by the CDI which performs a linear interpolation of a performance map;
- It contains 16 cutoff points for engine RPM and 8 cutoff points for engine temperature;
- The SAS valve reduces emissions and optimizes engine performance for all operating conditions;
- Attention is given to cold start conditions, ensuring proper fuel vaporization at low temperatures;
- The ECU controls a PTC heater, positioned on the carburetor, which maintains fuel at a constant temperature;
- To increase the lifespan of the 8 mm spark plug, a coil charging time limiting strategy has been introduced;
- This strategy reduces the amount of discharge energy required at high RPM and high voltage;
- The ECU guarantees engine operation even with a weak battery or without a battery;
- It is possible to start the vehicle using kick start, regardless of battery condition;
- SAS (Secondary Air Source).
